Let's end this year with record new members!!
ALL members that attend must register for themself AND at least 1 recruit.
(you can ONLY attend IF you have a recruit)

Every guest who attends that wears an ugly holiday sweater will be entered to win a $50 gift card

NEW MEMBER INCENTIVES
(complete and return application with all required documents & dues by Dec. 17th to be eligible for incentives)
* $35 application fee waived
* Receive Proud Partner status for 2025 ($200 value) and receive the following:
+ certificate of appreciation for Proud Partner
+ 1 ticket to all General Membership Mixers (GMM's), including the Parade of Homes Kick Off event, & both Member Appreciation events
+ the individual will be listed by name in every issue of the Home Building News magazine & 1x/month in the weekly NewsFlash

MEMBER/RECRUITER INCENTIVES
(applicants must complete & return application with all required documents & dues by Dec. 17th to be eligible for incentives)
** TOP RECRUITER, Trip #1
Member must recruit a minimum of 4 new, approved members by 12/17 to be eligible.
The member with the most new recruits (4 or more) will earn a trip.
In the event of a tie, a drawing will be held to decide the winner of TOP RECRUITER
** TIERED DRAWING, Trip #2
Based on the accumulative total of 25 new, approve members by 12/17,
members will receive entries into the trip drawing
(ie: 1 new member=1 entry, 2 new members=3 entries, etc)
** Trip is for the member only. There is no cash value for the trip.
Trip is non-transferrable. Choice of April 2025 trip to Mazatlan
or 2026 trip option.
