Ashley Bales has been a licensed Real Estate Broker for
over 18 years “Since becoming a Real Estate agent, my
business has grown to multi-million in sales in the past and
it continues to grow!” says Ashley. For Ashley, the best part
of the industry is getting to work with friends and family,
all while getting the opportunity to make new friends and
acquaintances.
Ashley attributes her robust base of repeat clients and
referrals to her honest work ethic, hard work and customer
satisfaction. “Trust is a major part of this industry, my
natural honesty ensures trustworthiness in my client
relationships,” says Ashley. She acknowledges that
home buying and selling is very important, emotional and
sometimes a difficult process. She truly believes that when
trust is a part of the equation the process is easier, making
the end result truly satisfying.
• Became a licensed real estate professional in 2004.

• Became a landlord in 2010, owning 11 rental properties
• Over her career, Ashley has owned 6 personal homes,
all of which were updated, and remodeled each with an
