About Us

Will’s passion is helping leadership teams break through the problems and obstacles that hold them back from the freedom, impact, and resources they long for. Using a unique mix of insight and methodology, Will helps teams get clear, get aligned, and get moving toward their biggest goals.

Will is an experienced leader, business owner, and investor with a solid track record. A graduate of Oral Roberts University, he began his career in Washington, D.C., where he served as the Marketing Director for a large non-profit.

Following his entrepreneurial passion, Will established (and still owns) several businesses in Oklahoma, serving clients across the United States and Canada. Known for his effective communication and leadership skills, Will values the importance of strong teams in driving business success. He believes a healthy, cohesive team is essential in gaining a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Outside of work, Will enjoys playing the trumpet, hiking, and traveling with his wife and two children.
